ACES NEVER SLEEP is a period spy/crime series. 

The series explores the trailblazing, case-solving methods utilized by America’s first national detective agency, spearheaded by Allan Pinkerton and his best operative, Kate Warn, the first female detective in the United States.

Loosely inspired by true and questionable events described in detective stories written later by Pinkerton, the series reveals how the agency created an entirely new profession and how its innovative detective work paved the way for future private eyes. 

The series delves into the lives of these “Ace” detectives—their histories, rivalries, betrayals and inter-office romances—as they investigate and prevent crimes….
